Lucky SIX is a mini-numbers lottery conducted by Penrith Taxation Social & Sporting Club ("the Club") to raise funds for the Club, in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW).
Players pay an entry fee to select six numbers from a set range. Six numbers are drawn each week by the Club. A player who has correctly chosen all six numbers wins the jackpot.
Price: $2.00 per game
Each game gives you two independent sets of six numbers — Set 1 and Set 2 — so every $2 game gives you two separate chances at the jackpot each week.
You may purchase up to 10 games per player per week.
During the first three weeks of each season, you can add a Bonus Number to Games 1–3 of a purchase for an extra $1 per game. In Weeks 1 and 2, this gives both Set 1 and Set 2 seven numbers instead of six for those games, increasing your chance of matching that week's draw. In Week 3, you choose one set — Set 1 or Set 2 — to receive the seventh number for the same $1 fee; your odds are identical no matter which set you pick, it's simply your preference. If you buy more than 3 games, Game 4 onward stay standard 6-number games at the normal price.
The Bonus Number is entirely optional, available to every player at the same $1 price, and does not change the normal $2 game in any way — regular games remain available every week of the season. After the first three weeks, the Bonus Number is no longer offered until the next new season begins.
Each week, the Club draws six unique numbers at random from that week's number range. The range shrinks each week the jackpot isn't won, making it progressively easier to win the longer it rolls over:

The range never shrinks past 1–13 — once it reaches that floor, every week draws from the same 13 numbers until the jackpot is won.
Each week's draw is independent and freshly randomised — nothing is carried over or reused from a previous week.
You win the jackpot by matching all six of that week's drawn numbers within either Set 1 or Set 2 of your game. You do not need to match both sets — one perfect set wins. If you've added the Bonus Number (Section 3), this means all six drawn numbers appearing among your seven chosen numbers in that set.
If nobody matches all six numbers in any set for a given week, the jackpot rolls over and grows for the following week, and the draw continues under the shrinking-range rules in Section 4.
Lucky SIX's mechanics fit the definition of a mini-numbers lottery (Community Gaming Regulation 2020, cl 8), which allows a total prize value of up to $20,000 for one session. Because the weekly rolling draws over a season may also be regulated as a progressive lottery (cl 9), under which no single prize may exceed $7,000, the Club applies the lower of the two limits: the jackpot is capped at $7,000. If the rolling jackpot would otherwise exceed this amount, the Club will conduct a special draw and pay out the jackpot at that point to remain within this limit, rather than allow it to continue growing.
Once the jackpot is won (or paid out under the cap above), a new season begins the following week, restarting at Week 1 with the number range reset to 1–20.
In accordance with the mini-numbers lottery rules, gross proceeds from ticket sales — including any Bonus Number fees — are allocated as follows:

The Club will publish the current jackpot amount so players can see what's on offer before purchasing tickets. No permit or authority from NSW Fair Trading is required to conduct Lucky SIX at this scale — an authority is only needed if the total value of all prizes exceeds $30,000 (cl 9(b)), which the $7,000 single-prize cap keeps well clear of.
Lucky SIX is conducted by Penrith Taxation Social & Sporting Club, through its committee, for the benefit of the Club. No salary, wage, fee, commission or other benefit is paid to any person for conducting this lottery, consistent with cl 33 of the Community Gaming Regulation 2020. The Club's software subscription with its technology provider is a separate arrangement paid from the Club's general funds — it is not a commission on, deduction from, or surcharge added to Lucky SIX's gaming proceeds. The Club's share of gross proceeds set out in Section 7 was agreed with the committee in writing before Lucky SIX was first conducted, consistent with cl 37.
Lucky SIX is entered online rather than by phone. Consistent with cl 29 of the Community Gaming Regulation 2020, the Club (and its technology provider) does not receive, and is not entitled to receive, any money for the cost of providing the website or app used to enter — you only pay the ticket price (and any optional Bonus Number fee) shown before you buy, with no extra platform or convenience surcharge added on top.
The Club may change how Lucky SIX is conducted, provided the game continues to be conducted fairly and impartially. Players will be notified of any change, or the updated rules will be made publicly available, within a reasonable time before it takes effect.
